Worker was very nice, fixed my fireplace quickly (turns out just a battery change!) He was very pleasant to talk to while he worked on my fireplace and I wrapped Christmas presents.
The technician was great! Very Curtiss, polite, kind, wonderful attitude & friendly. If we an issue again I will ask for him even though I did not catch his name He is very knowledgeable concerned about doing the needs of the issue correctly I enjoyed him & his service was excellent Give him a 5-star plus!
