Amazing service, staff member was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful
Incredibly poor customer service. we had a table that was supplied incorrectly, which we understand mistakes happen. It was how things were handled from there and the finishing's on the table. We had to call and email multiple times without response. we finally had to leverage our credit card company to get a response from them. In the end the table was returned but it never should have taken the effort it took. We went with a different company in the end and are much happier. be very careful when dealing with this company.
