Found this spot on the map to enjoy our breakfast. It's a very nice memorial with plenty of benches and steps to sit in peace. It's at the end of a quaint and quiet little neighborhood. We were there during the week of 9/11 so they had flowers and tributes there as well. Very nice peaceful spot.
Beautiful old memorial, is not large enough for present day ceremonial events-- Author Dennis Smith told me he would like to see a new memorial built down at the Battery.....
