Needed handicap transport. Pickup was great. But I’ve been waiting 2 hours for them to come and take me back home and the clinic I’m at closed at 4, forcing employees to have to wait so they can’t go home. Just got a diagnosis of breast cancer, really upset anyway and they say they won’t be able to come get me until 5, at least. I’m going to have to try a different method of transport now as there will be multiple follow ups I will need with this diagnosis, because clearly this company is not reliable. They don't pay their workers on time they are committing illegal wage theft. She may not report you to the government but I will be. Being federally funded yet breaking federal laws. Tisk tisk tisk
