Great products, terrible customer service. Product arrived damaged, asked for help. They promised a refund, never provided, and then never responded to follow up emails asking for help.
Drove 2 hours to visit this store. Arrived at 2pm on Thursday. No one there, door locked,phone number on door was disconnected. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I walked into this extremely busy place unannounced and was greeted quickly and directed to the person who could provide the most help for my needs. The people were wonderful and gave me time and space to do the shopping I wanted to do. I had the most fun just being there to see their beautiful molds and learn from both the owner and the employees about the high quality work they put into each one.
