Danielle is absolutely horrible
I began an account at this credit union when I began my job in Bucyrus April 2024. Would cash my check every payday or so. No issues. I transferred to Marion for work and decided to use their 'sister bank', Pillar, in Marion to DEPOSIT my USPS PAYROLL CHECKS every payday (every other Friday).. Every paycheck deposited has had a 3 day hold put on it. I have called, been told it will be fixed. I had a bank teller at Pillar tell me they will not put a hold on it, because it's payroll.
