Everybody is so helpful in every way & knowledgeable on any questions you might have , just an all around friendly staff and excellent customer service on all fronts , they even have fresh donuts on the weekend.
Very kind and helpful I have been with them some time now and have never had an issue getting thing's done 👍🏻
I recently went to walmart.com and I ordered some merchandise did not know it's a third party or second party that scams people once Firelands was aware of this they stood by me and they made sure I got my money back. Most banks won't do that so yes I recommend Firelands Credit Union. My advice don't order anything from walmart.com it's not worth the headache
