Great customer service by staff. Love the credit union vs regular bank.
It was good
They were very friendly and informative about the loan process
I go to look at my account and seen that they pulled a double payment for my smart loan. Then I go to call them and they can’t get ahold of anyone in collections and they can tell me why it did it or refund my money back until people from collections call me back. It’s a joke they take your hard earn money and can’t tell you why and can’t refund until certain people do. Definitely going to switch banks
