Just got out of inpatient physical rehab and stopped at Firelands Federal Credit Union to have an important legal document notarized. I'm from out of town and staying with a family member while I recuperate. After watching me struggle to get in the door on my crutches and stumbling across the lobby they were kind enough to let me know that they won't notarize my document because I'm not a member. I have been a member of FFCU most of my life. They are very friendly and professional. They definitely work hard for theirs members!
They gave me a random account number over the phone and told me it was mine! Thankfully i didnt use the number instead i pulled my paperwork out to double check and it definitely wasnt the right number! I have had absolutely nothing but problems since switching to this bank. The people that work here are absolutely great. But the constant issues is just insane to me.... my debit card won't work at any gas pump, NONE and I've tried multiple pumps at multiple places with no luck, the round up savings account they have kept unl... read more
