Opened a new saving acount June 22 at Firelands CU for a promotional deal to skip a payment. i was told someone would call me in 2 to 3 weeks and let me know when I could skip a payment, I called back after 3 weeks was told some one would be calling me soon. Five days later I called again & was told someone would be calling me soon. Today is Aug 1 I called again because I was wanting to skip the Aug payment but I was told some one would be calling me soon and each time I called I was told I was qualified for skip payment .it... read more
i wish i could give these people 0 starts they put people in jail for defaulting on their loans!!
Firelands took my mother's car payments in the full amount and still repossessed her car. I would not work with them unless your ok with spending hundreds on your car payment and your car still being repossessed. They also won't return your phone calls and will then try to charge you hundreds for them repossessing the car.
