Would give zero stars if I could. Majority of workers are rude, have zero empathy, zero compassion, no communication, and blame you for mistakes they made. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone.
Good loan rates, not so good dividend rates on savings, friendly staff.
I wouldn’t say I’ve had many issues with this credit union in terms of functionality, because my accounts have always worked normally. I have never had issues logging in or accessing anything. However, a lot of the staff, at least in my experience since they remodeled, have been consistently rude. I used to come in to deposit my aunt’s checks for her while she was housebound, up until she passed away in late 2025, and they would give me attitude every time despite the fact that I was simply dropping off a check.
