Very rude been with them for years and when there is an issue they get nasty, if you don’t understand something they talk to you like you are stupid. Got in a phone argument with Tabitha and she had zero customer service skills, treated me like I was an idiot when asking questions because I was confused or having issues understanding. Would give zero stars if I could. Majority of workers are rude, have zero empathy, zero compassion, no communication, and blame you for mistakes they made. Will not return and will not recommend to anyone.
Good loan rates, not so good dividend rates on savings, friendly staff.
