I wouldn’t say I’ve had many issues with this credit union in terms of functionality, because my accounts have always worked normally. I have never had issues logging in or accessing anything. However, a lot of the staff, at least in my experience since they remodeled, have been consistently rude. I used to come in to deposit my aunt’s checks for her while she was housebound, up until she passed away in late 2025, and they would give me attitude every time despite the fact that I was simply dropping off a check. Personally, do not recommend this bank. Only had issues with it, horrible communication, unprofessional staff, and they closed my accounts after THEY cause an issue and tried to blame me for it. I was made to feel horrible, stupid, and less than while I was trying to correct THEIR mistakes. Take your business elsewhere if you need a proper bank that works WITH you NOT against you.
All online services down. Can’t process payment over phone without fee. Inconsiderate customer service
