Bought a military truck that wasn't quite represented accurately. Was told it needed nothing, but the AC doesn't work, and it was leaking from both the transmission and steering box (which I have fixed). Also, the seller was supposed to send me the missing door keys but has since ghosted me.
Recently bought a car from Firehouse Vintage Vehicles on Ebay based on a glowing listing description that the car was "factory stock bumper to bumper". Had the car shipped to my home in Arizona and discovered immediately that seller had grossly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle. Major expensive problems. Subsequent conversations with the owner (a professional vintage vehicle restorer and reseller) achieved no resolution.
