Brought in merchandise for embroidery nearly two weeks before we needed it; she said she could get it done on time and would email a sample image the following day. She didn't email the sample image until the day before I needed it complete -- and it was the wrong colors and the wrong name! The next day she said she'd had a family emergency and couldn't get our project done, which obviously left us in a bind. Guess maybe we weren't important/big enough customers for her. Absolutely won't be using this company again!
Firehouse has done several jobs for me in my coffee house located in Stafford, VA. They always search for the best product and price and their on time service is wonderful! I have tried other companies but have not found one that meets all of my needs like Firehouse. Just wanted to send a shout out for jobs well done.
