I spoke to specifically Andrew and on a day that the weather was potentially going to ruin, the firehouse bounce team did everything they could, and were extremely successful and making sure my son's birthday and the bounce house was delivered without a problem! The equipment was perfect, but it was the exceptional customer service and care care that they had for the safety and satisfaction for my family and my event that I will always recommend and use them for any future event.
The bounce house was a hit! Everyone that I worked with was super awesome! Great customer service! Easy to book!
Cancellation due to weather 9 days out and want to charge a cancellation fee. They also charge a delivery fee and $17 credit card fee on top of rental. There are other way easier companies to work with.
