I'm really enjoying class, Kimberley. I like how you vary the exercises from session to session. I've not done Pilates before and am very pleased with it. As an asthma sufferer, I've struggled with cardio workouts so this is a great alternative for me. And, personally. I love your positive energy and genuine vibes you emit. 5 stars from me!

I started working out with Kimberly online in 2020. Her expertise in an online class setting was flawless, graceful, and professional. Her workouts ranged from weights and bands to cardio and HIIT to yoga and pilates. She watched us closely to ensure we were using proper technique to make sure we got the most out of every workout and ward off injury. Kimberley takes the time to get to know her clients and create a custom plan to improve their wellness. Since I've been working with Firefly Wellness, my strength and overall wellness have improved. Kimberley also helped me set up my home office furniture according to ergonomic standards which has helped my neck and back. Highly recommend working with Kimberley!
