Kimberley takes the time to get to know her clients and create a custom plan to improve their wellness. Since I've been working with Firefly Wellness, my strength and overall wellness have improved. Kimberley also helped me set up my home office furniture according to ergonomic standards which has helped my neck and back. Highly recommend working with Kimberley!
