Kimberly is an amazing instructor! I feel so much better since I started her classes almost a year ago.
I have been participating in Kimberley's yoga classes for many years. I love her enthusiasm and encouragement during her classes. I enjoy the challenging yoga moves as well as the stretching. As an older individual, I have noticed a vast improvement of my core strength and balance. My overall mental well being has improved as well. Kimberley is so kind and good hearted. She has a great sense of humor too. I would highly recommend joining one of her yoga sessions. You won't regret it!!!
Kimberley has great positive energy that she shares with you! Her classes are amazing and her patience in teaching is outstanding! My core feels so much stronger than before. Highly recommend her both in classes and as a Wellness Coach ❤️
Great workouts my mussels feel it for several days I enjoy the Pilates and stretching from the yoga
