When our Wolf grill wasn't working properly, Maurice arrived on the date and time specified (he actually rang the doorbell a few minutes early!) specified (everyone knows this is a minor miracle in today's world of repairs). He thoughtfully diagnosed our issues, discussed options and will return shortly to undertake the repairs. The perfect service call and a really lovely man. Highly recommended!
