I ordered a light from Firefly back at the beginning of June. When I received my light, it was not the shape that was advertised on the website and looked like it was damaged. I sent photos to the company and they told me that’s how the light is supposed to be and I can reshape it myself. We did try to reshape the light and we could not get the light to look like the photo advertised. I stumbled on this website in a google search, and I couldn't have been more delighted. Their lighting is unique and beautiful, and it's great to support a local Canadian company to order something different from what is offered in big box stores. Their products are also reasonably priced. I did have a slight issue with a glass globe on one of the lights I ordered, and they were quick to respond and resolve. We had the most amazing experience working with Firefly lighting. Simona is so helpful and really helped us find the perfect lighting fixtures for our home. When we unpacked one of the boxes, we noticed minor damage to one fixture. Simona replaced it the next day, even dropped off the new box to our home herself. Just the best customer service and they carry the most beautiful lights!
