I like the fact I always get to talk to a live person when I call and they resolve issues quickly . However do not like the new online software I have lost alot of function I liked. And 3 years ago when I was ready to buy a new house. Despite calling numerous times to get pre-qualified. The only had 2 people to help and did not have time to do it for me so had to go to another Bank for my Mortgage . And this was when I had a current Mortgage with them am transitioning away for them currently

Us federal credit union was nicer. Can't make loan payments from external account. 10$ fee for paying over phone. Told them I was moving to Arizona would pay past due when I got there. got to AZ went to pay....and......"we can't take a payment cause there is a repo on your bike" Thanks for keeping your word. paid off my loan and will never ever go here again. Your a joke
This bank is from the stone age. I can’t pay my car payment online with an external account, so I have to drive to the branch.... in 2018. And the ATM dispenser never has enough cash. So every month I have to drive to my other bank, withdraw, and then drive to the bank and deposit. It’s a pain. I’ll never open another account here.
