DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!!! Our flight was canceled and we had no choice but to book a flight 5 hours later, so I called the car rental company asking if we could drop off the car 2 hours later than scheduled and the rude woman on the phone said we would have to pay for a WHOLE extra day! So now we are rushing back to avoid the ridiculous irrational charge and have to wait at the airport for 5 hours doing nothing. Disgusting customer service.
Cheap apparently, slow process through Hertz when arriving at airport then discovered on my banking I got charged near $100 for refueling for 60 Km completed while I was told it would cost me about $12 for them to refill which is the option I chose. Stay away from Firefly/Hertz as they put blame on each other, do not handover credit cards details as they will happily dig in, 2 words - thieves, fraudsters.
