Friendly and very informative staff.
So sad to see an organization claiming to be there for first responders, treat them so poorly. Handled a credit card dispute so poorly. In the process of closing our accounts, as much as a pain it is, there is no other option. I would not bank here at all.
I share this with my own and others experience. I applied to this branch and it seems like hiring management. Does not take time to seriously interview candidates or respond in a timely manner. Or the job is reserved internally. In a way, it doesn’t matter if you apply and your have solid experience. Hiring management does not care. I am not the only one to express this concern. Among other people in banking. Have applied due to good benefits and pay but the experience and process with hiring management is no good.
