The staff at Firefighters Credit Union is amazing. I love the personalized service and being greeted by name. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You just can't get that kind of service from a big credit union or bank!
I have to say if you are in the Fire Fighting community and you don't already use FFCU you are missing out. I have been a member for my entire life and have actively used them for 99% of all my loans, CC's etc. for my adult life. They are the best in the business. I would highly recommend Michelle, she has been amazing for so many years. I have zero doubts that if I need anything she will take care of me.
