The worst bank I've ever dealt with! Applied for a used car loan in Aug 2025 and just received their denial 2 days short of 3 months later on 17 Nov 2025 via USPS. Reason for denial: Other; "loan application expired" along with other misc. remarks about to many accounts with balances and other gibberish. They never called to confirm any details or ask any questions. Also, your website is pretty ancient, not user friendly. I cannot in good conscience recommend this bank to anybody. I went in to open a checking account today as I just moved to the area, retired firefighter amd all, and the experience I had from there office staff just left a bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say that they declined to open an account for me due to an issue I had on my credit report from a decade ago, amd when I tried to dispute it, I was treated basically like a piece of human garbage from the woman I cam only assume was the bank manager. they wont let use your money for two weeks they say a week also wont make debit card right away or give money right away and failed to give me access code check on my account
