Never a problem
The worst bank I've ever dealt with! Applied for a used car loan in Aug 2025 and just received their denial 2 days short of 3 months later on 17 Nov 2025 via USPS. Reason for denial: Other; "loan application expired" along with other misc. remarks about to many accounts with balances and other gibberish. They never called to confirm any details or ask any questions. Also, your website is pretty ancient, not user friendly.
