Don’t waste your time, very rude “managers”. Closed my accounts and moving to another credit union. Was with Sun Center and FFCCU bought them out which was the worst thing possible. FFCCU customer service is terrible and rude!
Just horrible all around. Their employees don't know anything. They're hard to get a hold of and service is below average.
I was taken aback by the kindness, patience and friendliness of the staff at this location - especially Zachary Kulow who went above and beyond to help me with my issue.
