Just horrible all around. Their employees don't know anything. They're hard to get a hold of and service is below average.
I was taken aback by the kindness, patience and friendliness of the staff at this location - especially Zachary Kulow who went above and beyond to help me with my issue.
A few months ago I started working with Raign on a loan for a vehicle I ordered. She advised me to wait because the approval would expire before the vehicle arrives. So I check back in on 22 May 2024 because the last thing she told me was "I will save all of our notes so that we’re not starting over completely and will just have to get some small pieces of information around the time of the application!" and I never got a response back so I called and left a message and nothing. I have been with this credit union for several years. I applied for a loan recently and was denied. I applied with another credit union and I was approved. Some of the employees at this branch are very rude on the phone and in person
