Bigger and Better than ever. They have branches from Willoughby to Broadview Heights to Oberlin and a free ATM network that I can access everywhere. 9 branches, great rates on savings and loans. All the bells and whistles of the "big box" banks. In short: Love 'em
Great Credit Cards but poor banking service. I joined the FFCU a few years ago and they seem to screw my account up monthly. I don't have time for this headache and chose to close my account. I feel like FFCU still has growing pains they need to work out. Maybe if they had better staff they would operate me efficiently. Go to another bank
