Our floor-to-ceiling gas fireplace renovation was a complex project involving a vaulted ceiling and built-in bench. I used Fireclay Tile for my new backsplash and couldn’t be happier. The tiles are unique and beautiful, with a lot more depth and richness than comes through in photos. Service was outstanding: I changed my kitchen design after I placed my order and realized mid-install I needed more tile, and customer support was able to expedite my order and get me back on track quickly.
I got Cardamom 3x3 for my kitchen backsplash and bathroom vanity and I LOVE IT. The people who work here are equip to help from end to end which makes everything so much easier.
I'm a local general contractor working primarily on residential projects in the immediate Bay Area and I've frankly never had better customer service than I've experienced with Fireclay. I was lucky to be working with Anastasia Orth and Maddie Peterson, both of whom have been incredibly responsive and thoughtful. Sometimes designs change after tile orders are placed and, in these moments, you need to have a tile team that cares about your project's success the way that Fireclay clearly does.
