They don't pick up their phone!!!!
Dropped my Google Pixel in water whilst on holiday. Phone would not function or charge. Called Daffy who gave me instructions on what to do until I returned the following day. Dropped the phone off to Daffy and he repaired the phone within a couple hours with full functionality. I honestly thought the phone was finished. In my experience with phone repairs, if Daffy can't fix it, nobody can.
Amazing service. I had an S21+ which got water damaged whilst on holiday. I had a lot of valuable data on the phone which hadn't backed up to Samsung Cloud for some reason. Daffy was really honest up front about what might be achievable and said he would do everything he possibly could to rescue the data for me. I had dropped my new Moto E13 before I had a case for it and cracked the screen. Daffy took great care to get a genuine replacement screen and replaced it without any loss of function. He also fitted a new screen protector. I am really pleased it is just like new
I had an urgent issue with my Samsung galaxy A21s, I had spilt water on it without realising so it had been sat in water for a long time. The screen was becoming unresponsive and had a green tint plus purple lines. Daffy was very quick to help me and sort out my problem even though he had another customer he was dealing with.
