Very efficient service, kept me informed at all stages of the procedure. Compared to some other companies, reasonably priced too. I will certainly recommend to other FAC holders in my Club.
I can't even really give these people one star, unless they qualify for that purely due to taking your money! Appalling service. No communication and absolutely no chance of contacting them either by phone or email. Avoid! I have to accept that I have now lost my £75. This is a total scam and one must assume that all the 5* reviews they have are faked.

Applied for a medical for firearms renewal, my surgery did take a long time to issue my records but when every medical sent me through the records it was someone else's medical, second medical came through with my old address on. And they won't change the address even though they requested my records from my new doctors. Paid money for nothing! complete waste of time!
Please use an alternative service that provides firearms medical certs. Once they take your money they drag the process on unnecessarily, and it becomes a very stressful and confused process indeed. They mislead you into thinking the process is delayed by the doctors side however they tell the doctors to send medical details over to different email addresses that don't exist. The turn around can be longer than 72 hours, I'm not sure why they put this as a benefit on the website they would be better giving a more realistic tu... read more
