Kristina is awesome! She is very professional and exceptional in what she does. She is very good about explaining what she is going to do before she does anything and for the reasoning behind it as well as how it is going to help my body. Now that I have found Kristina, I will not go to anyone else. I always look forward to my appointments with her because my body feels great after every custom massage.
Kristina is simply amazing. She takes the time to really discern where the pain is coming from or what your body is calling out for. With multiple tools available to her through hours of education, any issues you may be having will be addressed in the most beneficial way. I never miss my massage appointment and recommend the 2 hour session. So much can be accomplished!

Over the years I have done many forms of bodywork, pt, chiropractic, acupuncture, you name it! Kristina has an enormous amount of knowledge about the body and I really enjoyed how she tells you what she is doing an why every step of the way. I came to her seeking relief for my beat up shoulders due to years of sports and weightlifting, particulaly bodybuilding she not only helped to get them moving again but opened up my chest as well!
