Sent me a box with a rag with their logo. Missing was the pickup I paid 125 dollars. They refunded my money but they dont answere their phones .i ordered from amazon before christmas. I emailed amazon and tv jones that they may want to reconsider their relationship with geartree. They ruined my Christmas i wish them the same.
As the other reviews have stated, they are malicious. They tried to send me a used microphone as new. It had scratches all over despite new packaging. I had to use UPS for return shipping because the order was not fulfilled, and now they have been trying to avoid reimbursing it. This is despite the manager at an Amazon pickup center telling me that they are responsible for reimbursing return shipping. Their customer service representative, Matt (who is Matthew C*******, their co-founder), is a rude and derogatory human being... read more
