I had my first session with Tanya , I walked in feeling a wreck but came out feeling listened too and confident of our treatment plan to come . Tanya was sensitive , empathetic and friendly.
This was really relaxing and it helped massively with my bloating and sleep. I did feel tired the first day or two but after that I felt energised. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic sports massage from John, very professional and great advice given to me to prevent tightness with several stretching exercises before training. There was a bit of pain involved but it was well worth it as a feel Fantastic now, you know the saying no pain no gain lol... Highly recommend.
