I can't say enough good things about Fire and Ice Wellness and the ladies that work there! I came in struggling with plantar fasciitis, and after continuous visits of red light therapy, leg compression, sauna, and cold plunge, l'm completely pain-free. The salt therapy has left my skin so smooth and my allergies easier to deal with. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and truly cares about their clients. Fire and Ice not only has helped me physically but has definitely been mentally great for me !! This facility is sooo relaxing and calming- I truly get a peace of mind while I am focusing on my physical needs and goals!
