The red light therapy is helping with my total knee replacement in healing and reducing swelling/inflammation! This will be a life long therapy for me!.
Thank you Fire and Ice for being so accommodating and helpful with my health journey. Diet and exercise are so important and you have helped with my progress. What I have found that fits me is the infrared sauna and then the red light therapy. Working with my medical provider I have been able to lose over 60 lbs and stop taking almost all of my medications. It is a journey which takes dedication and you have helped make the journey easier and successful. Thank you.

Flawless experience, great pricing. Excellent hospitality. Clean areas. Trouble free booking. Would recommend for anyone trying to relax, as it is a very relaxing environment(and I usually don’t like public spaces) Will definitely be back Would be nice to offer small massage sessions for back and shoulders
