This place is Amazing. Consistently amazing customer service! The 4 therapies offered work in tandem for total body health transformation.
Love all the compressions . I use it for my arms,legs,hips, and full body red light. I have been going to a Physical Therapist, because of my hip pain that happens a few times a year. Using the hip compression has done so well for me haven't had to go to back to a Physical Therapist . Its very relaxing for m and works.
The staff: A+++; The equipment: A+++; The health benefits: A++++++. My symptoms of various chronic viruses have lessened so much. I feel better than I have in a very long time. I have used the red light therapy and my skin feels softer but the best part is the energy I get from it. The infrared sauna is amazing! I started off low and worked up to 55 minutes on highest temperature. I will continue these therapies as long as I can. I was feeling hopeless and Fire and Ice has given me my hope back!
I started going to Fire and Ice almost right after they opened. So far I have lost 100 pounds, I feel great! The detox you get from infra sauna is well worth it alone. Recovery is important to me as I age and continue to want to stay very active. Red Light and Compression therapy have been a critical part of my strategy. The staff is friendly and helpful too! We used fire and ice for an event at our apartment community. Everything was amazing. We had ice spots and leg compressions everyone that came out absolutely loved it.
