We are SO BLESSED to have this place in Marble Falls. The cold plunge helped our friends neuropathy SO MUCH, he did not have it for months, and the saunas and red beds are THE BEST! Everyone, this is THE PLACE to treat yourself and get healthy at the same time!

Alana is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! She has been so informative and educational and made me feel so welcomed and appreciated as a client. Highly recommend this place to anyone who is serious about health and wellness. It’s a little pricey but there is no cost too high for you health and wellness. This place will change your life in an incredible way!
