I have been going to fire and ice to help with my medical symptoms over the last 2 weeks. When I called for help the entire team was knowledgeable and helped me determine the best and safest treatment options for me. The red light therapy bed is a very powerful and relaxing tool if you are also seeking inflammation or nervous system support. The air compression boots are also fantastic. 12/10!!
Great first impressions! I tried the leg compression and red light sauna therapy and absolutely loved both!
We are SO BLESSED to have this place in Marble Falls. The cold plunge helped our friends neuropathy SO MUCH, he did not have it for months, and the saunas and red beds are THE BEST! Everyone, this is THE PLACE to treat yourself and get healthy at the same time!
What an amazing experience! Very relaxing vibe and great people who run it. Definitely coming back
