I'm assuming the sauna wasn't turned on before I got there, because it didn't really get hot until the end of my session. I did book it the same day so maybe that was why. I love a good sauna experience, but this place wasn't it. And not everyone likes dogs, so I will definitely just go to the one I've been going to.
Rachael is amazing. She is welcoming and chatty but at the same time very professional. I have done the local cryotherapy and the sauna with salt therapy and they have helped with the issues I was having. The staff overall is great and knowledgeable, and when they need help another staff member is available to assist or advise. The facility is meticulously clean.
David is the best. He deserves a raise :)
This place is awesome! Lots of different services available, the staff is great and very helpful. Been here several times for their cryotherapy and will continue to keep coming back. Offer great prices too. Definitely check this place out.
