Cozy feel when I stepped inside. The woman who helped me was very nice and answered all my questions. Will return.
For anyone with chronic pain and/or inflammation this is your relief hub. I suffer from chronic level 10 back pain. My go to now is 3 minutes of Cryotherapy followed by the red light therapy bed. Walk in a level 10, walk out a level 3/4. You will also sleep like a baby that night. I can’t say enough good things about Fire and Ice.
