Great place. Staff always friendly, place always clean. Perfect to get a quick recovery during a busy day! Try the cryotherapy chamber!
Fire & Ice is the one stop shop for all things recovery! Part of health & wellness is taking care of yourself with things like red light, cryo, sauna, cold plunge and much more. Great staff and great environment!
Fire and Ice is such a gem! The service was absolutely perfect — everyone was so kind, helpful, and really took the time to explain everything. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, and the place is spotless. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience from start to finish. I left feeling refreshed and totally at ease. Highly recommend if you’re looking to unwind and treat yourself!
