Ordered a gift for Mother's Day and still has not been delivered months later. I have tried contacting via email and phone with no result. Took money and failed to deliver anything in return or even respond! Never had anything like it. Avoid.
Made an online purchase in January with estimated dispatch time of 12 weeks. It has now been almost 19 weeks and the order is still pending and the customer service line remains unresponsive. Tried contacting numerous times via phone, email, chat…. Nothing. Just took my money and that’s it. Absolutely shocking!
Great service from start to finish. Angus was very helpful & you can clearly see his passion for interior design. There was a great selection in the showroom & they have access to a huge selection online. He helped me choose a coffee table, tv unit & dining table. Delivery drivers were very helpful & placed each item in correct room. Over the moon with the items, really good quality & look great. Would definitely use again & recommend.
Ordered a octopus candle holder for myself ,2 weeks before my 50th as a present from my son, waited 6 weeks to be told it takes 4 to 12 weeks to be in stock that was 23 weeks ago, would have been better to order from Temu,have requested a refund,doubt I'll get it back ,very dissatisfied and disappointed
Allan was really helpful and pleasant. Fire we picked was almost a 1/3rd of the price from elsewhere.Managed to pick up the fire we wanted the same day which was a bonus.
