Jess and the team at FiR Audio have provided an excellent level of service over this past few months - I am in the UK and while the whole process has taken a while (some admitedly due to me and their emails always landing in my spam folder!), it was WELL worth the wait. Awesome sound, excellent quality CIEMs and lovely people to deal with. Highly recommended.
