There are a lot of great people to work with at Fiocchi and the benefits are great. However, the upper management does not care about the employee. The HR Director and HR Manager are all about themselves and not the employee. The HR Manager is a very condescending micromanager. She is very unorganized and lazy. Easy pick up in my big truck. Typical thin roads and hills for this part of the country. Shipping is a blind side back but not difficult at all. Thanks guys, the two marker cones to the dock help and easily seen in my nose mirror. Quick load and in my way
