Just purchased (and moved into) my first home with the amazing help and support of Lizzy and Christine AKA the dream team. Throughout the whole process I felt like I was in safe hands. Everything was clearly explained, there were no dumb questions and the platform was a breeze to use. I worked with Finspo for 2 years while my situation (and the market!) changed a lot and I truly felt supported from start to finish over a pretty long journey - so thanks again. My friend recommended David at Finspo. David helped guide us through our options and gave us good advice and information. The online portal also makes it easy to track progress and upload documents. David's communication was great and he was able to explain things really simply and clearly to us as first home buyers. I had a great experience with Finspo! As a first time buyer, I had little knowledge of the process when working with mortgage brokers, however my contacts David and Valda were incredibly helpful, informative, and proactive throughout. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and their support made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Finspo's online platform was also very useful, and had lots of great tools and information to support. Would definitely recommend.

I was absolutely terrified about purchasing a property, and Tim and Christine made it almost laughably easy to do so ! They were knowledgeable, supportive and so friendly. I was also really impressed at how they were even available over the holidays to ensure that we moved forward quickly and confidently. I loved being able to access them over zoom or the phone at my own convenience, and their regular check ins as well as the ease of the client platform prevented the process from seeming overwhelming.
