Great family atmosphere... sick of you HOA pool... do this instead.
Wrote an email but didn't get a response! I'm writing to inform someone in management at Fins Up Water Park that my friend and her boyfriend were injured in the Typhoon & Twister slides (the blue one). My friend and her boyfriend went on the blue slide together in the blue couples tube. They were given no direction or information from the teenagers that were working there, and ultimately got injured. They came out of the blue slide so fast that they slammed into the concrete wall and railing, injuring her foot and his ankle.... read more
Love what they've done to the place over the last few years. It's clean and there is plenty to do....but here is the frustrating part. 3 visits in a row not all the attractions (slides) we're open and operating. Of those that were open, many opened late. I know staff, especially reliable staff, isn't easy to find nowadays, but there should be signage or something on the website or social media pages explaining this. Some friends took us boating and we stopped at Margaritaville for dinner. The food and drinks were great. It's a nice place to relax and it just has a great vibe.
