Needed to get my vehicle serviced for a check engine light that came on. Only had the vehicle for a year and pay for the 6 year service plan but will take 2 weeks before they can get my vehicle in for a service and they will not offer a courtesy/loaner vehicle for me to use while they have mine. Makes it impossible to leave my vehicle to get serviced when I have 2 kids to get to places and a job to get to.
We had a great experience. We had a wonderful salesman. All of the staff were friendly. They made sure we got the vehicle we wanted and were so helpful in every way!
After a smooth, hassle-free auto purchase, I scheduled my first official oil change at FMC. The service representatives were courteous. I waited in the lounge area during the appointment and had a nice cup of coffee. The facility was clean and well maintained. I was very pleased with the service and will return for the next scheduled maintenance of my new-to-me vehicle.
Again! Great deal, great service! Will continue to use Finnicum.
