As a service provider, FL might be worthy of their rating. As a customer of a small minority owned business, I have to take exception. I was a service provider for FL. Our agreement ended December 31, 2021. To date, FL has failed to pay their final invoices and respond to calls. While this might appear to be an oversight, we have many attempts to resolve this matter through calls, text, and email, with no response.
