In my opinion, Mr DuWayne Dalen is the type of lawyer who gives the occupation a bad reputation. He acted as if he and one executor of my father’s estate were working together to make sure they got the entire estate for as little as possible and to the maximum benefit to them. I wasn’t expecting anything from the estate so this is not a complaint about the amount; it is is totally on how he handled the dealings of the estate. I would never refer anyone to him.
