Deeply disappointed with the inflexibility of visiting hours for relatives who do not live in Brisbane. Twice now family members have been turned away at the front door. That is not acceptable. This must change asap.
I worked here for a short time. The clients were lovely. The support workers were fantastic. I couldn't survive on income. There were some serious communication issues.
