I was disappointment with the process, we change lawyers half way through without consultation. The solicitor fumbled with the phone as she did not know how to do a conference call, indicating she was unfamiliar with the process. Looking back it seemed neither solicitor had experience in our area of need (mediation) but did not make this clear to us. Instead, we were some kind of practice case for them.
