Had a commercial and family matter to deal with. Prices were half the price of Maddens & Taits, couldn't believe the quotes they gave me, called up Finn & Pugh and was shocked by the difference. We then worked with Ian was highly personable and extremely kind in dealing with highly sensitive matters. He made a difficult time much easier and less expensive.
Was a creep and was hitting on my partner and offering free service for….well you know!
