Great selection of materials and hard to find trims
I found their service excellent and their wood was a lot cheaper than Bunnings. Well worth the drive to get some decent service. Well done to their employees
A big thank you to Rikki yesterday for being so patient and helpful A timber yard is a foreign place to me, and Rikki was able to organize exactly what I needed. This customer service is rare, so thank you! There was another staff member there as well and he was amazing too with a customer who was being a bit impatient. The staff member handled that situation professionally also.
The staff in the yard seem a little preoccupied but the staff inside at the desk are great My go to place to get hard to get trims and mouldings
Terrible customer service, I’ve been standing in the car park waiting for over twenty mins for 4 lengths of timber. Driver dropped my sheet of ply then forgot my timbers. Went in there to ask and was told to wait again for someone else to deliver timber. Still waiting. Can I back charge for my lost labour? Will go to Bunnings next time and pay a little a bit more, rather then loose it in lost revenue?
