Terrible customer service, I’ve been standing in the car park waiting for over twenty mins for 4 lengths of timber. Driver dropped my sheet of ply then forgot my timbers. Went in there to ask and was told to wait again for someone else to deliver timber. Still waiting. Can I back charge for my lost labour? Will go to Bunnings next time and pay a little a bit more, rather then loose it in lost revenue?
