Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful. However, when I received the invoice for the small job that was completed, it included a double labour charge in addition to a fuel surcharge because of my location (PEC). They came to my house to install main power line hook electricians ladder slid down the side of my house damaging the corner and ripping my vinyl siding and ripping the corner I'm on a pension can't afford to fix it They ignored my calls and I went in person and all they said was the $300 that they would have been paid by me take that instead of repairing the $1,500 in damage They did to my house. Would not do any negotiating
Called for service Friday afternoon. They found someone just finishing a job and they came in spite of the time and day
