Course was in renovation, I went there to use the driving range. Employee was very helpful and courteous. Will come back to play the course.
Finkbine Golf Course is a solid choice in Iowa City. Every dish came out hot and tasted homemade. The drinks were excellent and everything was reasonably priced. I'll be recommending this spot to everyone I know.
I’d classify it as “tough but fair.” Pretty wide open and score able, though greens were tough (firm and fast) but in great shape. Glad I got to play it before the big renovation and complete course change. Friendly staff in the golf shop and restaurant made for a pleasant day on an Iowa home game weekend.
Very challenging golf course, if you have difficulty hitting it straight.
