Phil Katz was assigned by MY Family Court on Lafayette Street to represent my minor son in a family custody dispute. He was so consistently unprepared that the judge himself said that that was unacceptable and on his own appointed my son another pro bono attorney. Stay clear from this guy.

Phil Katz is known to be one of the worst attorneys at NY Family Court, but I only found that out after I had hired him and saw how badly he performed and asked around about him. Stay far away.
