I hired Rosana Chiptle to handle my custody case with my daughter. She is by far the worst attorney I have ever met. She is a complete con artist. She is unprofessional and lazy. She came to court completely unprepared. Tried to charge me double the price after the case was over. She was fired from the law firm and moved over to this law firm. Please be cautious of her. I would be weary of any law firm that hires her.
I gave them $2000.00 and the petition decided upon was never filed. No contact, no nothing. Just took my money and never did anything for me.
Jennifer Fink of Fink Family Law did a good job managing my divorce up to the first settlement conference where opposing counsel walked out after Jennifer offered to settle 52% in my wife's favor (settlement conference officer said it was clear cut 50/50 divorce).
