Somehow, FinishLine Tax Solutions has left me in a worse position than when I originally found them.  They told me they’d submit an offer in compromise with the IRS, and not to file any tax returns until the process was resolved.  After 6 months, I followed up to only to be told that it takes time, and the IRS had a 9 month backlog.  Fast forward another year, still hadn’t heard anything, and they told me they’d reach out once they had more information.  Finally I call them again, say I still haven’t heard anything.  The wom... read more

only reason i gave them 1 star is to leave this review otherwise i would not have given any stars i do not recommend this company they have not done anything after paying them im still getting letters from the irs and they don't return any calls my irs collections is continuing to increase

Ooohhh how I wish I did not have to put a single star to rate horrid company. Absolutely the worst company to deal with. I spent $2,000 + $300 to FinishLine to provide an offer in compromise (OIC) with the IRS, on my behalf. I provided all necessary information FinishLine requested. I receive a letter from the IRS 2 months later stating that the IRS is going to put a lien on my house because I have not made payments to the IRS.
