I am blessed to have Dan Frey at Finish Sttong help rebuild me after 10 years of unimaginable illnesses, including breast CA, 4 foot surgeries, a broken ankle, broken toe and snapped a screw in my toe. If it wasn’t for Dan looking at my entire body vs one aspect I would not be where I am today! I've experienced the most consistent training since working with Sam even through several minor injuries. Started with an acute knee issue and now working on a years-long recurring injury with more treatment success than I've had in 10+ years.
I have been working with Dan for more than 9 months as I have been recovering from several injuries. Extremely happy with the services I've received at Finish Strong, especially as an "adult onset" athlete. I first met Dan after a major injury at a race; time was of the essence, and he helped facilitate treatment and recovery. Dan and Sam have been great for recurring visits. I am so thrilled and strongly recommend reaching out to Sam! I saw instant improvement in my power output with lower exertion and most importantly I am significantly more comfortable!!
