I had been meeting with Dan to help work on a few lingering issues I had been having. During one of our sessions I mentioned how a goal of mine was to do an ultramarathon but I didn’t think I would be able to train correctly to do it. Dan challenged me on that, built out a training program that incorporated my PT to keep me healthy, and I finished my 50 mile race just the other week! Couldn’t have done it without you Dan and the team at Finish Strong!

I am blessed to have Dan Frey at Finish Sttong help rebuild me after 10 years of unimaginable illnesses, including breast CA, 4 foot surgeries, a broken ankle, broken toe and snapped a screw in my toe. I've experienced the most consistent training since working with Sam even through several minor injuries. Started with an acute knee issue and now working on a years-long recurring injury with more treatment success than I've had in 10+ years.
I have been working with Dan for more than 9 months as I have been recovering from several injuries.
