3rd time I’ve had em sell a shoe underneath me calling and putting it on hold. I have to make a decent drive out there and every time I get there, they already sold the shoe I called earlier about and had them PUT ON HOLD

We had to walk back to the register to ask for help even though they acknowledged us with a head nod as we came in!!!! The shoe that she tried on was too big and all we were told is that they were a returned pair that the store never carried anyway without an offer to call another store to find another pair. He never asked what she wanted the shoes for (she's a runner) and when he found out the shoe didn't fit he just turned around and walked away!!!
