So I just received an online order that was shipped from your store and this is what I received? I’m confused. How do you ship items without checking the box to ensure that both shoes are in there and the same size? Thats standard procedure. But to add insult to injury I’m being told I have to return the ONE shoe to you first before you will ship out the replacement pair? This wasn’t my error. Unacceptable. $214 for the privilege of a crappy experience.
I shopped at Finish Line today & I was very disappointed. If you are buying expensive shoes, then you should have much better service. The store was not busy & we couldn’t get anyone to wait on us. The first person gave us a box of shoes & didn’t come back until we said we didn’t want them. When my son went to try on another shoe, the girl (Yarelly) would only give my son 1 shoe & we had to go ask her at the cash register for the other shoe and box. Quick in and out service everyone very helpful and kind there was even a trainee on the register that each person was taking their with and helping him learn so he could be a great asset to the team. Great job guys found my new favorite place too shop. Finish Line Pear Land TX town square rocks!!!!
